Bring in the originals

Recordings move from my computer to a private cloud worker. The originals stay on my computer.

Listen, transcribe, plan

Local transcription and Azure OpenAI assist with editorial planning. The recording remains the source of truth.

Shape the episode

Edits aim to preserve my voice, language, opinions, and argument order while improving pacing and clarity.

Prepare the package

Episodes are prepared with subtitles and thumbnails, followed by technical and privacy checks.

Upload privately

The YouTube integration uploads privately and verifies processing before any intended publication.

06 /

Publish with care

The intended schedule is at most one episode daily at 8 PM India time. Automatic public scheduling is pending API project eligibility verification.

This is a personal tool for preparing my own work. Planning assistance helps find structure; editorial decisions should remain grounded in what was actually recorded.
